ResumePowerTop.com provides expert resume design, formatting, and consultation services to help you showcase your skills and experience. All services are delivered digitally in PDF or DOCX format unless otherwise specified.
3. Resume Submission and Formatting
Users must submit their resumes in an accepted file format (PDF or DOCX). Once submitted, our team will apply modern templates, optimize layout, and ensure consistency in typography and style. We reserve the right to adjust formatting to maintain quality standards across all documents.
4. Payment Terms
All fees are listed on the order page. Payments are processed securely through our payment gateway. You agree to pay all fees and taxes associated with your use of the Services. We reserve the right to change our fees upon 30 days’ notice.
5. Refund Policy
We strive for your complete satisfaction. If you believe our service did not meet the described standards, you may request a refund in accordance with the terms below.
5.1 Refund Eligibility
Refund requests must be submitted within fourteen (14) days of purchase. To qualify, you must demonstrate that we failed to deliver the agreed service or that there were significant defects in formatting that we were unable to correct.
5.2 Refund Process
To initiate a refund, please use our Contact Form and include your order number, date of purchase, and a detailed explanation of the issue. We will review your request within seven (7) business days. If approved, refunds are processed within fourteen (14) calendar days to the original payment method.
5.3 Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable: (a) custom design work already delivered, (b) one-time consultation sessions, and (c) subscription fees after renewal.
5.4 Dispute Resolution
If you disagree with our refund decision, please contact us. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes in good faith. Final decisions will be made by ResumePowerTop.com management.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ResumePowerTop.com’s liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be limited to the total amount paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zurich, located at ETH Zurich, Rämistrasse 101, CH-8092 Zurich, Switzerland.
